Common Questions

Do I need gym access to start?

Not necessarily. Our Ignite and Restore programmes can be run from home with minimal equipment. For Fortify and Apex, gym access is required. We'll discuss this on your discovery call.

How is this different from buying a plan online?

Online plans are static documents. Our programmes are living systems — adjusted fortnightly based on your progress, recovery, and feedback. You also get direct coach access, form reviews, and accountability.

I have an old injury. Can you work around it?

Almost certainly. Our movement screen identifies limitations and we programme around them. Many clients come to us specifically because previous trainers aggravated existing issues.

What does pricing look like?

Programmes range from £149/month (Ignite, remote) to £349/month (Apex, hybrid). All include nutrition, form reviews, and check-ins. No contracts — month-to-month commitment.

Can I train remotely if I'm not in Wales?

Absolutely. Over 60% of our clients train remotely. You'll receive your programme via our app, submit form videos, and have check-ins via video call.

How quickly can I start?

Most clients begin within 5–7 days of their discovery call. Movement screen, programme build, and onboarding happen fast.
